This page will allow you to submit your picks for the Men's tournament and enter Dr. Jay's 2008 NCAA Basketball Tournament Pool. You must submit a DIFFERENT FORM FOR EACH ENTRY. Keep in mind that if you submit your picks using this web form, your entry is NOT complete until you have also paid your $6.00 entry fee.

Important Rules to follow

1. Enter in your name, e-mail address, and other required information
2. Fill out the bracket by picking the teams you think will win.
3. Double check your bracket and make sure you have picked a winner for every game.
4. Print a copy of your Bracket for future reference.
5. Send your picks to Dr. Jay by hitting the Submit Entry button below.
6. An email will be sent to Dr. Jay and also to your email address specified below.
7. Entry FEE must be sent to Dr. Jay online using PayPal, or mailed to Dr. Jay Ansher, 1707 Sweetbriar Drive, Bloomington, IL 61701.

All entries must be submitted before the games begin at 11:15 AM CDT on Thursday, March 20, 2008.

For out of town submissions ONLY, entry fee must be received by NOON Thursday, March 27th, 2008, before the regional semifinal games begin. No sandbagging until you see how you're doing.

Phone and address information will be kept private, and will only be used if there are problems and you need to be reached about your entry. It may also be used if there is urgent business, such as informing you that you've won, or sending you your winnings).
